this date there are only 3 other women in the
world to reach the
fill instructor status that I achieved through
Jeet Kune Do, Progressive Fighting Systems. Due to
the fact that Jeet Kune Do is composed of 26
martial arts, my knowledge is quiet vast in the
fighting arts. Through my instruction, students
learn a base of boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing,
Submission Grappling, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and the
use of weapons such as Filipino Kali sticks
(double or single) swords, and knives, just to
name a few.
